How do I use the website to order online?
You can browse through the Featured Titles CDs listed on our Home page or Browse By Genre to search through the various music categories. You can also use the search engine under the Search Our CDs heading to search our website by Artist Name, Album Title or Song Title.
Additionally, you can click on any CD cover to see the songs listed on a particular CD. Once you have found a CD you would like to buy, click on the “Buy Now” button. After the item has been added to the Shopping Bag, you can continue shopping or start the Checkout process or remove the item from the Shopping Bag (Clear Bag).
When you have finished shopping, click “Checkout” and fill out the required information then click “Continue”. Choose your preferred payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) and then click “Continue” to be transferred to our Payment Processor's secure website in order to complete the credit card transaction.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
For Canada and the U.S., our prices include all postage, handling and applicable taxes - there are no additional charges. Orders are usually shipped directly from our warehouse within 48 hours from receipt of your order and are shipped by surface parcel post. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery within Canada and 6 to 12 business days within the U.S. 

Do you ship internationally? (outside of Canada and U.S.A)
Yes, however extra shipping charges will apply to the order. Please contact us first so we can calculate the correct shipping cost.

Is my credit card safe with you?
When you order online you are on our secure server. Any information you provide will be transmitted safely.

Can I order some other way besides online?
You can also order by mail. Please see our contact information. Click “here” to receive our latest Flyer.

What is your return policy?
If, for any reason whatsoever, you are less than completely satisfied with a Country Music Treasures item, simply return it along with a note explaining the problem and we will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price, whichever you prefer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, Master Card, PayPal, personal check or a (International) money order payable in Canadian funds. Please do not send cash.
Do you accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders?
No. Payment must be made with order.
Is Country Music Treasures a “Music Club”?
No. Order what you want, when you want. There is no minimum order. Nothing will ever be sent to you without your permission.

How long has Country Music Treasures been in business?
The Music Barn's Country Music Treasures has been specializing in hard to find Country, Bluegrass and Popular music since 1985.

Do you take special orders for items that don't appear in your catalog?
Sorry, no.
I would like to order online and have my order shipped as a gift to a different address. How do I do this?
If ordering online, simply enter the address you want the order shipped to. This can be a
different name and address than the one your credit card is registered to. The credit card receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide when ordering.
